Conduct an FED Quotient Survey in your team or organization to understand the likelihood of achieving your most important goals.
An entire team needs to participate in the survey. It takes approximately one week to set up, two weeks to collect data, and one week for the Strat2Results team to develop the analytics.

Get your managers to learn our execution framework from our consultants. They will understand the importance of Focus, Engagement and Discipline, and learn how to measure them in their teams.
They will also learn ways in which to create team focus, employee engagement and the discipline to hold them accountable.
The workshop will equip them with the skills to run a tight execution machine.

Apply our system to your business
For the Alignment Workshop, we will conduct an FED Quotient Survey and present the results to your leadership.
We will introduce the FED model to them, and help them sharpen the focus of your organization. The leadership team will build up the organization’s Must Win Battle or MWB, and the 2-3 Big Rocks required to win the MWB.
Your leaders will learn the application of the FED model, and be well equipped to roll it out within the organization.

This is a 6-step process in which we engage with your managers to create a blue print of aligned goals and actions. We teach a process by which managers can maintain the discipline of execution, and measure it using a scoreboard.
We plan for, and create resources to ensure continuity, and in the background, we engage with the mentors, and the business goal owner in a series of meetings to monitor progress and recommend course corrections.
